Yes, our removalists and packers are trained in the most effective packing and moving techniques for a wide range of items. Our fleet is fitted with appropriate equipment and protective materials to ensure all equipment arrives safely and securely. Confidentiality and discretion are a given with VazPower.
What areas do you service?
We’re based in Brisbane and offer local, regional, and interstate removals across Queensland and beyond.
How much notice do I need to give before booking?
We recommend booking at least 1–2 weeks in advance to secure your preferred date, especially during peak moving periods. However, we also accommodate last-minute moves whenever possible.
Do you offer packing and unpacking services?
Yes! We provide professional packing and unpacking services with high-quality materials. You can choose full packing, partial packing, or just the materials if you prefer to pack yourself.
Can I get a quote before booking?
Absolutely. We offer free, no-obligation quotes based on your specific needs. Our quotes are transparent with no hidden fees.
Is my furniture and belongings insured during the move?
Indeed, we provide both transit and public liability insurance options to ensure your peace of mind. Upon request, we can also assist you with comprehensive insurance coverage. (Note: Only for regional and interstate moves, we require contents insurance. For local moves, our insurance will cover the contents as well.) P.S. If the customer chooses to pack the boxes themselves, we cannot guarantee how the items were packed, so they will not be covered. We only provide insurance for the contents of the boxes if we pack them ourselves.
Do you provide storage solutions?
Yes, we offer short and long-term secure storage options in our clean, modern facility — ideal if your new home or office isn’t ready yet.
What’s included in your standard removal service?
Our standard service includes professional movers, a fully equipped truck, heavy-duty blankets, trolleys, straps, basic disassembly/reassembly of furniture, disconnection and connection of appliances, shrink wrapping, and plastic covering for all the items.
Are your movers trained and experienced?
100%. All our team members are trained, insured, and experienced in handling all types of moves — residential, commercial, and interstate.
Do you move specialty items like pianos or pool tables?
Yes, we have the tools and expertise to safely move heavy and fragile items such as pianos, pool tables, and antiques, but only on ground to ground level. Just let us know in advance.
What payment options do you accept?
We accept EFT, Visa, Mastercard, and cash. Payment is typically made upon completion of the move unless otherwise arranged.
